We are using the AEA for e-mail services. It costs $20 a month, and they provide blacklist services and virus scanning. It’s not always as convenient as having an exchange server on site, but it is far more cost effective, and we’ve had few problems. Probably fewer than if we were running our own in house.

The second response should be we do "not" allow student access to any email unless it is for a college course that they are taking.
