Please feel free to add comments. I will be part of a group that Interviews several superintendent candidates. I get 2-3 questions and I was looking for input for sample/possible questions. I have spoken with principal applicants but not superintendents. I am coming from the idea that the questions would tend to be more financial/policy in nature.
