We are just now installing a couple of wireless carts and I am experimenting with AP's.
It looks like the best solution so far for us is the 3Com 7250 (3CRWE725075A).
It is giving us the best coverage and has some extra antenna options, etc.  It provides for better encryption also. It is much more expensive when compared to the WAP54G but we will not need as many, I hope.
CDW price....$370

We have several Linksys WAP54G wireless access points and we need more.
I'd like some help in deciding what to purchase.  I see the co-op has
Orinoco Wireless network base station 802.11g.  Is this basically the
same as the Linksys?  Is one better than another?  Is it OK to have some
of each or is it better to stay with just one brand?
Thanks for your help.
