I've received a response about 90% of the time but not always
the first time I send it in. They build up a database. I've sent in a
report one day and get no response and send it in the next day and have
a response. Most of the errors are caused by drivers after Windows
updates. The errors are often sent to the equipment manufacturers and
they then publish updated drivers. If the problem is an internet issue,
they won't receive and you won't get a response.
