I would use Flash

Adobe also has Live Motion

There are also some very simple products from Tech4Learning. They were at ITEC and I got a sample of their imagination suite.

But these are just my humble opinions. I am sure there are other out there.

I have a couple of students that want to work with animation (mostly web). We used to use Adobe AfterEffects years ago. I am wondering if I should just buy the newest version or should I buy Flash or both or something else. There are so many different products sold now. Thanks.
