Jim,   The truck will load at Estherville at about 10:30am.  After it is loaded they will come to you.  Please confirm where the pickup site is at and who will be the contact with phone number.   You can pay Midwest Electronic Recovery http://www.ewasterecycle.com/  by check or PO.  If you could also put together a PO for Prairie Lakes I will bill the transportation costs.  I won't know an exact figure until after the truck is loaded, but I will pro-rate the amount by the number of pallets you loaded vs the full load.   If you have any questions please let me know.
