Brad-            We still have that in place here in Fort Dodge.  Students (and staff) who want their own login to the Internet must attend an Internet Workshop before they can get access.  After students attend that workshop, their contract must be signed by both the student and the parent.  We have seen several cases where the parents do not allow their kids access to the Internet.
