Here is a webcast I would encourage everyone to attend. Even though this year I don't expect much of a Vista roll-out there is a BIG change to how the software needs to be Activated. Vista is just the 1st MS application that utilizes this new form of product activation. Future MS products such as Office will probably shift this way as well.
