We are having a huge problem with Lightspeed TTC and user identification. I am not sure what the problem is, but we haven't been able to get this working correctly & consistently. We are running their Security Agent and all of our machines are Windows XP. We recently upgraded our TTC Server to the latest version and that didn't solve the problem. Anyone with experience in configuring / troubleshooting this type of issue? Suggestions are more than welcome!!
