Jackie,

All of the technical requirements and the tech support information can be found on the Iowa AEA Online home page - http://www.iowaaeaonline.org

Click on the Educator radio button in the upper right corner. Then click on Technical Requirements, then select either the PDF or Word document.

This document not only list the technical requirements for each of the databases, but all gives the technical support phone numbers, e-mails, etc.

Here is the information for ClipArt. Please contact them to resume access to this resource. Please carbon any e-mail to me and let me know if any problems are encountered.

Thanks.

Harriet

I know clipart for sure . . . it's been a while so I can't remember the others/if there were others. Once Safari took care of the issue it was a temporarily solved problem.

Jackie,

Is this happening for all of the databases on Iowa AEA Online? Or just some?

Please let me know.

This would not have anything to do with Grant Wood AEA as each of the Iowa AEA Online databases goes directly to each vendor's site.

I've experienced the same problem with the Iowa AEA Online stuff-- won't accept the username and password. Works if we sue Safari. Is it a Grantwood thing?

Karl,
What do you mean? Are you saying Firefox isn't remembering passwords,
therefore she has to type it in every time? Or....are you saying it won't
allow her to type one in?

Has anyone had a teacher have any trouble using Firefox to access the
new WebIEP? I have a teacher that types in her username but the
password does not show up. This doesn't seem to just be an IEP issue
specifically as the issue appears on other sites where the username
can be typed but not a password. SOme sites work, yahoo.com.
hotmail.com. etc. I have cleared the cache and even installed a new
version of Firefox, still no luck, also reset all permissions.
