Ok. Well it isn't a vista thing. I can't do it on Xp, 2000, Vista, server 2003 so. But works great with Fedora. So I don't know what is going on. Just thought I would throw that into the mix to make it more complicated. Sorry Keith.

Nobody here has told me of problems with the iep site, but we have had issues with some of the other state sites.
