You all should remember to secure the ceiling panel and mounting bracket with some wire to make sure the mount doesn't fall down on someone! It is probably a long shot that would happen but we wouldn't want you in part of a law suit.

And quarter inch plywood cut to the shape of your ceiling tile, then we place it on top of the tile and drill through both and hold it in place with screws and toggle nuts.
