Our 1:1 is full-time. The students have the laptops 24/7, and turn them in at the end of the school year for repair and reimaging. They are rolled out to the students a week before school starts in the fall. And as far as tech, it's just me. Bigger deployments might require more support. I'm interested to see how things go next year when we extend the 1:1 down to 5th grade.

I have 380 student laptops in one building and about 24 teacher laptops in that building as well. We did the 1:1 with our 7-12 building.
