Ok, first identify what you are wanting... Cheap Fast Good Pick two of the above. Cheap and good would be blocking everything but your own equipment from accessing the wireless network by MAC address or other means. Cheap and fast would be running something like openDNS and using their filtering. Fast and Good would be installing a content filtering Firewall. You get the idea.
