Can you get out by logging in as domain admin or ALL domain accounts fail?

I have one machine that refuses to access the internet when a domain user is logged in. If I log in as the local admin user, I get on the net just fine. If I log in as a domain user, it logs in just fine, and applications run fine, but it has no internet access. Doing an ipconfig shows that it's talking to the domain server, and has an IP address. None of my other Windows clients are having troubles. Any suggestions? --- Timothy A.
