I have budgeted for what I know, and put everything else into the other
column.

 

For the leftover money, I have divided that up over the remaining three
years and placed it in the other column.  I haven't got it approved yet,
but that is how I'm submitting for my first attempt.

I think no - but I do think you can write for permission to modify the
proposal (or something like that) if you need to change . . . (like if
something new comes out that you want added to the list to use for your
project).

 

I'm still not done . . . and today doesn't look good, either.  Grrr
