From the other users post I tried an experiment. It seems that .ico files
are nothing more than bitmap files with 256 colors or less.
Try this... open paint and draw a 30x30 picture. Their is no option to
save or export as an ico file, but if you save it as "myicon.ico" in ""
then it will save it as an ico file. Note I have my computer setup to view
all file extentions. Then open the file and if you have a program
associated with .ico file types it will open up the icon file.
Seem that ico's are nothing but bitmap files, is this correct?
