A friend brought his computer over to me with a strange problem. He has an eight gig hard drive divided up into four FAT16 partitions. One of the partitions reports itself to Windows as a CD-ROM drive. Anyone know how that is done? As far as I can tell, it is a setting somewhere in Windows, but I can't find it. I do not believe it is any software running causing this.
