Have an interesting problem. I have a person that attempted to send an email that had 11 recipients specified and it was rejected as to having too many recipients.
What?
The SMTP settings had "0" for Max Recipients. I set to 25 with the same error:
04/28/2005 07:34:44 PM [001] DEBUG: ->552 Too many recipients 04/28/2005 07:34:44 PM [001] WARNING: Too many RCPT clauses
I had him remove one of the recipients (now at 10) and resend and it went through with no problems.
This is the SOHO SMTP server with a 10 thread limit, which appears to limit the number of recipients in an email?????
