We run an email service for a number of clients, like promotions to customers, announcements, newsletters. We program in the From address to be the client's own -- no spoofing. If a recipient ignores the 'To unsubscribe click here' message and instead presses Reply, they will send a message to our client -- fair enough.
But the client also gets all iMS's status messages, especially reports on Undeliverables. The client doesn't want these; they want us to deal with updating the list accordingly. Is there a configuration setting that will divert these status messages back to the server, for example? ==^======================================================= This list server is Powered by iMS "The Swiss Army Knife of Mail Servers" -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- This list is provided as a free service.
