Sure - you can set WARNTO and FAILTO to be a specific email address or NULL.  
The WarnTo messages are the emails stating that a mail did not go through but 
delivery will be retried.  The FailTo messages are emails stating that the mail 
delivery failed.  The email address that you specify will be used for these 
emails.  Setting the values to either "<>" or "NULL" will disable the email 
notifications.
