I've just installed PrismAS and when I click the test button in the PrismAS tab 
within the IMS Configurator it gives me the following error: "Warning: invalid 
result from iSE: ERROR - Connection source limit exceeded".

The service is set to listen on localhost port 7941, this setting is the same 
in both IMS Configurator and the PrismAS Configuration tool. Netstat reports 
that something is listening on 127.0.0.1:7941. I can connect to localhost:7941 
using netcat, but once I hit enter I get the same error back - Connection 
source limit exceeded.

I've tried restarting both the SMTP and PrismAS services, but that doesn't help.

Any ideas?
