This causes the server to query the next server when a server responds that a 
domain has no MX.  This is useful when DNS servers are not 100% reliable as it 
is possible for a server to respond that a domain has no MX record when it does.

This setting is on the right side of the POST tab page of the iMS configurator 
directly beneath the token start/end settings.
