This is probably more of a MS question than an iMS question, but I have had
great luck in the past asking OS questions.
I am trying to migrate our iMS Servers from W2K to 2003 Web Server Edition.
Installation went smoothly as expected, but I am having trouble connecting to
the SMTP Service.
iMS Configuration tool shows SMTP running, Services on Server show SMTP is
running, but I can't get the SMTP to respond. I keep getting Error 421:
> HELO your name
< 421 emailserver Service not available, closing transmission channel
Error=421
If someone can point me in the right direction on how I can resolve this issue,
I would surely appreciate it.
Thanks
Dave Hatz
