I don't know what that is exactly but I'd imagine that it's a developer-only 
version of CF which prevents you from using it in a production environment.  In 
other words - it sees a request from an external IP and is throwing an error.  
You can set up the iMS inFusionEngine client IP to be 127.0.0.1 to make this 
work but it is likely going to break your license.
