Thanks Howie!
I was unable to run this, but have resolved the problem.
JRunScripts virtual directory was not loading in IIS due to a permissions
problem.
Though CFIDE and other CFMs were working fine, the Connector was not loading.
Noticing that the installer did not see my App Server narrowed down the problem.

Please try this utility which installs the connector into the iMS settings.

This should fix the issue that you are seeing. Just run the enclosed program
and select CFMX from the drop-down and click on the install.
