Wait until you get the call that your mail server is all screwed up... keeps returning the same emails over and over and over again. Then you have the client temporarily disable their email anti-virus, fetch emails (which then work fine) and re-enable their anti-virus. I just had that happen again about three weeks ago. The person calling was incredulous that I was asking him to disable his anti-virus, then sheepish when the problem went away.
