I have a mail server issuing this code in response to a RCPT request.
IMS is then issuing a QUIT which is as far as I can see is absolutely correct.
In what circumstances would the incoming server issue a 251 OK I
checked the logs and the only instances of a 251 OK have been this
particular server.
Any comments or enlightenment would be much appreciated.
