I just found out that Comcast is blocking my email server IP. We have clients
that send out lots of emails, but they are sent to their customers, no random
emails, no spam and our clients follow all the rules for spam regulations or we
shut them down.

I reguested that Comcast remove the block on my IP address via their web site
at : <a href="http://www.comcastsupport.com/Forms/NET/blockedprovider.asp";
target="_blank">http://www.comcastsupport.com/Forms/NET/blockedprovider.asp</a>
and their reply to my request was :

Thank you for contacting Comcast Customer Security Assurance. We have received
and reviewed your RBL removal request.

Below each IP address you submitted in your request, we have included the
result of our research. Please do not reply to this message.

xx.xx.xxx.xxx

Your request for IP block removal has been denied for the following reason:

- The IP submitted has been identified as sending large volumes of spam into
the Comcast network.

If you have a different IP addresses which you would like considered for
removal from the Comcast blocklist, please submit your request to <a
href="http://www.comcastsupport.com/rbl";
target="_blank">http://www.comcastsupport.com/rbl</a>

Sincerely,
Comcast Customer Security Assurance

So, my question to the list is, has anyone dealt with Comcast so they don't
block your IP? I have tried calling customer service, got no where, trying
several emails, no replies. I was hoping someone on this list might have a
different contact point for me to talk to someone in their tech department
about this problem?

Any help is greatly appreciated.
