Dave,
Regarding the WhiteList at Comcast, negatory. The first time this happened to me they said they would take me off their list. However, that is not permanent by any means. Taking off the list just means not being blackballed. The very next time they "think" you are a spammer, wham you are back on again.
You might google on comcast RBL sort of thing, you might find some interesting comments here and there.

Steve, Really appreciate the feedback. That is more information than I am getting from Comcast. I have requested again that they release the block. I will keep trying until I get someone to contact me. It would be really great if they would put together some sort of Whitelist or at least put some measures in place that Server Admins can get some results or atleast a live contact person. Again, thanks for the input, it helps. It appeared to me the trigger was sending to multiple comcast email addresses at the same connection time. Each time I submitted a request just like yours and was successful. However it is very frustrating dealing with Comcast as everything is in a black box in some country and their is _no one_ to talk to directly. I suggest responding to their message by stating again you are not sending SPAM and ask them to detail exactly what emails they are labeling SPAM. At some point a real person will get involved, but it will take some work. Not exactly helpful I know. I seem to remember a way to configure IMS to only allow sending of small numbers of email on any one connection, but it may take some template modifications to do so? Anyone?
