Subject: [iMS] Two Questions

ReportPostStatus only supports global token replacement as it is called one time for
all reported recipients. Suer-specific tokens (QTokens) are not supported.

All temp failures are reported as permanent failures if the mail has expired.

Each recipient in the control should be attempted at least one time. Also, I would
suggest keeping a count of permanent failures and acting on a maximum allowable
failure count rather than performing an action based on a single permanent failure.
