Subject: [iMS] Two Questions

ReportPostStatus only supports global token replacement as it is called one time for all reported recipients.  Suer-specific tokens (QTokens) are not supported.

So, is the only way to identify a record within the ReportPostStatus by looking it up via the email address? I'm just finding this a bit slow, and would prefer to have a recordID available. Not a big deal however.

All temp failures are reported as permanent failures if the mail has expired.

What would the permfailedresponselist be populated with for this unattempted or temp failure emails?

Each recipient in the control should be attempted at least one time.  Also, I would suggest keeping a count of permanent failures and acting on a maximum allowable failure count rather than performing an action based on a single permanent failure.

I don't take any action. I record the bounce within a category by processing using boogiepop. This works very well. My user then has the option of removing records with X number of bounces with X category.
