The only valid priority settings are 0 through 9.  Any other setting will cause the priority to default to a 5.

For the POST queue, if priority="<>" is not set, I thought the default was 9. However, I just looked at the POST log and noticed different priority numbers, 9 and 5, even though I did not set one in the CFX_IMS tag.
