when I changed to: <cfx_imsmail query="IPList" queryfield="email" smtpto="<:smtpto:>" etc... from <cfx_imsmail query="IPList" queryfield="email" header_to="<:smtpto:>" etc... However, the message was not sent to [EMAIL PROTECTED] (the second one in the list).
