Unfortunately no - we can see a lot of slow pages but they seem to be victims as well, 
we can see that it is running out of threads, but again we think that problem is a 
victim. However it happens semi-regularly which makes us think scheduled task - 
particularly this could be several tasks with slightly different schedules that 
"collide" eg: something running every 3 mins, something running every 2 mins, 
something running every 10 mins. 

Because this problem started when we installed inFusion, we think it must be tags that 
access the pop server (of which we have a large number).
