Lotus Notes is not very good at supporting HTML emails - complex html (nested tables, etc) will almost always have problems in Lotus Notes. Your best bet is to send them "text-only" emails.

Subject: [iMS] Lotus Notes Problem?

We have a client using our email that says they have an issue printing, copying, archiving, and forwarding emails that come from our iMS server and get loaded into Lotus Notes.  Has anyone had any issue with emails sent from iMS servers and loaded into Lotus Notes?  I'm not sure what could be the issue, but I just thought I would put it out there and see if anyone has any info.
