How are the mails generated?  By a mail client, cfx_imsmail, etc?

If they are from a mail client then the issue is not with iMS.  If you are using the cfx tag then it could be an older version that is not as compatible with some mail clients as newer  versions of the cfx tag are.

Subject: [iMS] Lotus Notes Problem?

We have a client using our email that says they have an issue printing, copying, archiving, and forwarding emails that come from our iMS server and get loaded into Lotus Notes.  Has anyone had any issue with emails sent from iMS servers and loaded into Lotus Notes?  I'm not sure what could be the issue, but I just thought I would put it out there and see if anyone has any info.
