If you want 0.52, you can try:
ppm install http://www.kalinabears.com.au/ppms/Inline-Java.ppd
It was built using the MinGW compiler - I don't know if that's significant
for you.
It installs onto ActivePerl ok for me - but the machine with the internet
connection doesn't have j2sdk on it - so, whilst I was able to test
Inline-Java-0.52 on the perl that built it (where it passed all tests), I'm
unable to check how it runs on ActiveState Perl.
If you do give it a run and strike trouble, let me know.
