There's only one word to describe the output that BrowserUk got - and it's not a word that's used in polite company.
Ask him to give 0.33_003 a go. And if he gets the same output as he got for _001, ask for a 'dir' output for the top level source directory, and also for the contents of the generated top level makefile.
I can't for the life of me imagine what has induced that "Running Mkbootstrap for Inline::CPP ()" and ensuing crap to spew forth.
We definitely need more information about that output if we're to get anywhere with it. Surely, there aren't any cpan-tester reports that produce anything like that ?
