I actually don't need ${VTK_LIBRARIES},
TARGET_LINK_LIBRARIES(TestITK ${ITK_LIBRARIES})
is sufficient. However, what I do need is:
FIND_PACKAGE(VTK)
INCLUDE(${USE_VTK_FILE})
Which I agree is not right :)
