Hi Mark, I have checked out http://review.source.kitware.com/#/c/9450/ and am testing the ITKIOSCIFIOTestDriver with the czi and ome images that can be downloaded here: https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/26629462/images-itk-dev.tar.bz2
I get a hang in the file itkSCIFIOImageIO.cxx on line 738 int retcode = itksysProcess_WaitForData( m_Process, &pipedata, & pipedatalength, NULL ); This happens when pos==2097152 which is 2^21 on both windows and linux builds. I've also tried the old bf-itk build code from here http://loci.wisc.edu/bio-formats/itk on larger images and I get the same hang when pos==8388608 which is 2^23. Thanks, -Kedar
