Opening a service case is something I can do, but it's so much overhead that I cannot justify it if it's just to do the right thing. A service case is something I need to open if I need someone at Sun to provide the solution. But if I am the one providing the solution, I am happy to let others profit from it and I like the idea to contribute to the success of Solaris. But I dont want to have to do much more than send an email to someone. Do you people at Sun accept bugs for non-open Solaris via the opensolaris bug report tool?
