Cool--thanks for putting this out here!

General questions:
Can the  -M option be used multiple times? E.g., can you
point to -M /my/local/repository -M https://sunsolve/ -M http://blastwave.org/
to pick up patches/packages from several locations?

Does the -M option support proxies (or something like the
http_proxy environment variable)? What about authentication
to a specific server?
