Currently it is introducing recursivenes to existing patchadd model. And so it is only one "-M" option and all web support remain as it is right now in patchadd, I just reuse current web access implementation.
patchadd will pick latest patches from patchbase and in general usually nobody keep older patches if newer are available. However it is possible to do new dependency analysis algorithm is pretty flexible. If needed it may be follow up project.
