Karen, I Have run a series of zdump(1m) commands on B66 and cant see anything wrong I also checked the PC Hardware clock in the BIOS setup, I set the Hardware clock back to Localtime i.e. Europe/Stockholm time. Then I did a restart of a B67 installation. The time that the installer proposes is 9 hours out to the EAST from here. i.e. Asia/Vladivostok timezone.
One Idea that I have, is that Europe/Stockholm TZ is 9 hours EAST of America/Los_Angeles TimeZone. Do we have an issue here with the JAVA based application that gathers the install prameters from the user ? Does the JAVA applet now ( for some reason ) beleive that the Hardware clock initially always is set to "America/Los_Angeles" time ? Regards //Lars This message posted from opensolaris.org
