That is *very* broken.
Of course many of our users want to applu the KU to the miniroot;
what if bugs are fixed which are required to support certain
hardware (be it new or previously broken)?
Clearly, there's a failure in how we handle the miniroot externally:
- post-patching, we must reapply the package which replaces
certain items from different packages
or
- we need to find a way to make an install miniroot without
replacing certain parts of the OS.
