Hi,
I am trying to install Solaris nv35 to a spare slice on my laptop. When I try
to reserve my existing root and home partition the installer barfs:-
"The slice containing this file system does not start or end on a cylinder
boundary.

Mis-aligned slices cannot be preserved."

I currently have nv30 installed on slice 0 and wanted to install nv35 to slice
3 preserving silce 0,1 and 7

I created this disk layout when I installed nv30
Is the nv30 format program broken?
Or is the nv35 installer broken?
Why did it let me create slices on non cylinder boundarys if that is needed in
future installs?
How can I install to slice 3 now?
