Does the same problem exist in OpenSolaris?  You previously asked
about isolating and removing "open source" ... what if the entire OS
is open source?

That's already present, isn't it?  We make support statements about
the software that we ship as part of the OS.  It's the _optional_
stuff on the Companion CD that has reduced support.
