ok, it worked. it was the right partition.
What you have to do: 1. Install Solaris to Partition 3 2. Use the Suse DVD to repair the grub installation for Linux (you have to select Installation/Repair) 3. Start Suse 4. Add title Solaris rootnoverify (hd0,2) chainloader (hd0,2)+1 title Windows rootnoverify (hd0,0) chainloader (hd0,0)+1 to /boot/grub/menu.lst and tripe boot is ready!
