Pretty standard for the /release repository.

/dev is just treading water until the next official OpenSolaris distro release, 
as it always does between branching for such a release and that release 
becoming available. The reasons for that have been covered several times on 
other lists.  As always, when the release happens, it will land in /release, 
and /dev will jump forward a few builds.
